Spherical cast tungsten carbide powder which is dendritic crystal composed of WC and W2C ,

and it's made by ultra high-temperature spheroidization or gas atomozation process.

It's has a high melting point,high hardness,high flowability,high wear resistance and chemical stability.

It’s used in reinforcement of wear-resistance surface and in the following applications:

• Construction, earth moving and tunneling equipment.
• Agricultural plowshares, lifting shares and shear bars.
• Oil and gas tool joints, PDC and steel body drill bits.
• Recycling and mining crushers and milling rolls.
