Performance:Al203-TI02 is a composite ceramic material produced by the electrofusion crushing process.It can be sprayed with an extremely

wear-resistant ceramic coating and has a good bonding force with the

substrate.This type of coating has excellent wear-resistant particle wear,

corrosion resistance and temperature resistance of about 540 ℃,very low

porosity and excellent grinding finish.There are many models to choose

from:Al2O3-3%TiO2, Al2O3-13%TiO2, Al2O3-20%TiO2, Al2O3-40%TiO2,etc.

Application

Al203-TI02 can be sprayed with extremely wear-resistant ceramic coatings,such as pump liner seals, pump shafts, rotating parts in envelopes,

household equipment (such as electric irons, pans, etc.), textile machinery, plungers, Piston rod, paper roll
